Before submitting a support ticket with problems connecting to your website, please check the following items:

1. Check our Announcements/News section in our Help Desk area for any known service outages.
2. If you have registered your domain name separately from Sators.com, check to make sure that your domain registration is not expired. This can be done at websites similar to http://www.whois.net/
   
3. Ask someone using a different internet service provider if they can connect to your website.
4. If the above steps do not provide a resolution for you, feel free to create a support ticket.

Note: A site outage does not necessarily mean there is a problem with your individual hosting or domain services.
