Setting up Email Program
Both IMAP and POP protocols are supported. Use the following settings:
Incoming Mail Server: mail.sators.com
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.sators.com
Username: username@yourdomain.com
Password: Password set in the Plesk Control Panel Mailbox Settings
On occassion, some ISP's require you to use their outgoing mail servers in order to send mail. If you are receiving errors when attempting to send email, please contact your internet service provider on how to send email through their servers.

Incoming POP3 Mail Server Port: 995
Incoming IMAP Mail Server Port: 993
Outgoing Mail Server Port: 465
Incoming/Outgoing SSL: Use SSL Connection
Note: SMTP Authentication needs to be enabled using the same username and password as above in order to send email through Sators.com servers.
In your Advanced Email Settings, enable Incoming and Outgoing Mail Server encryption over SSL. The incoming POP3 port is 995, IMAP port is 993 and outgoing port 465. You may need to accept the SSL certificate upon your first connection. Also, while in Advanced Email Settings, you may need to set your "Root Folder Path" as "INBOX" if you are connecting through IMAP. Otherwise you may experience difficulties creating subfolders.
